The sweetest and most sort after meat on the Crab, our Cromer Crab white meat is traditionally hand picked from the best claws, knuckles and legs cooked on that morning. We do not pasteurise or add any artificial colouring or flavours to the meat leaving it natural and packed full of flavour. Perfect as a beautiful garnish or stirred through any dish to make a true seafood delight.
