- Dressed Lobster, Dressed Crab. Crayfish Tails, Lumpfish Caviar, Kiln Roasted Salmon, Smoked Salmon Slices, Smoked Prawns, Smoked Mackerel, Shell on Prawns, Peeled Prawns, A selection of Homemade Pate all on a bed of crispy salad leaves.

Please note that for postal orders the platter will arrive in separate parts to maintain freshness: where needed products are packed and sealed to keep them safe and avoid loss of liquid. Due to the size it's unable to be posted but smaller bases are provided to maintain the look of this centre piece - if you have any questions regarding this please speak to a member of staff.
