Create you're very own Seafood experience by building your own platter.
Each platter starts a with a base which includes: Peeled Prawns, Shell on Prawns, Mixed Leaves, Potato Salad, Coleslaw and Seafood Sauce. All sealed and packed separately to ensure freshness and quality.
Now for the fun part! It's time to construct your platter
Crabs & Lobsters - Pick which ever combination of Norfolk's finest shellfish you like.
Smoked Selections
Option One - 200g of Kiln Roast Salmon, 100g of D-cut Smoked Salmon, A Smoked Mackerel Fillet.
Option Two - 400g of Kiln Roast Salmon, 200g of D-cut Smoked Salmon, A Smoked Mackerel Fillet, and 6 Smoked Crevettes.
Option Three - 400g of Kiln Roast Salmon, 200g of D-cut Smoked Salmon, 100g of Gravlax, A pairs of Smoked Mackerel Fillets, and 12 Smoked Crevettes
Pate Range - Pick from Two, Four or Six of our fantastic pates to accompany your platter.
Allergens include: Crustacean, Dairy, Fish (Although Dairy & Fish can removed if required)
Please note that the Prawns will be sent frozen so are not suitable for refreezing, all Shellfish should be eaten within 3 days of arrival.
Our standard Seafood Platters can still be ordered from the shop for collection or local delivery.
